Incorrect death cert

I recieved a death certificate today, amused me due to a funny mistake!
The registrar has the informant, a Joseph Wall, down as the mother in law of the deceased.
I think it should read brother in law!

Maybe if he wasn't wearing a dress when he signed the register the clerk wouldn't have been confused :lol:
