ARC TBC.....Marriage for Thomas Whiley born 1825 Stourbridge

We have this Thomas on BCC ( http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/tr ... =502727792 )

It states he was married to Mary Ann Fielding and shows 4 children born between 1852-1859. This cannot be correct as Thomas and Mary Ann didn't get married untill 1863.

I have found an 1861 census showing him as a widower living at Lion Street, Stourbridge with his widowed mother

I tried to choose the mose uncommon name and found a birth recorded for David Wiley, Dec Qtr 1855, Stourbridge District, local entry is in Kingswinford here : http://www.westmidlandsbmd.org.uk/cgi/birthind.cgi

It might be worth getting this birth certificate for the maiden name of his mother - at least then you have another name to go with.
