I have some info. on Adolphus from a relative... this is what she sent me...

Adolphus's mother was Ann Rosamund ....
Adolphus was born in Sneads Green, Elmley Lovett Worcestershire in 1904 .
Ann , apparently , went to her Uncles house William Green to have the baby she later married the father of Adolphus who was Albert Hadley , apparently there is a formal letter stating that Albert was the father.
Adolphus lived with his grandmother and step Grandfather in Pool Lane Langley.

Additional note about Ann Rosamond..
Her mother was Eliza Green, father unknown... a farm worker who was killed in an agricultural accident before he and Eliza could marry.
Eliza Green later married Charles Kettle

That all looks good NL,
I wasn't sure what could be added as I don't have certificates or letters or anything....and only had that info. emailed to me from a relative... it's complicated isn't it
This is OK to archive now I think,
Thanks
