doormice

Post by nessa »

On a lighter note after the otter incident my husband has found during a survey of birdboxes on the nature reserve that several of them have been and are being used by doormice, which is very good news as they are a protected species.
So not much time for family history as we have to finish the survey.

A person should have an opinion on everything, It becomes tact whether you reveal that opinion or not.

They live where they want in Australia!

Every decade or so we get a plague where they are in their billions.

Here is a picture of 3 1/2 tons killed in one night in a small town.

I have spent nights hunting them with a frying pan and torch. You wait in the dark for a few minutes, then turn on you torch and wack a few dozen before they all scamper.
