COMPLETED Bridget O'Rourke daughter of Michael 'Rourke

After abandoning her as a dead end a while back and working on other areas of my family tree I'm now trying to gather some information about my great grandmother.

She was born 1887 in Liverpool according to the 1901 census and died 1968 in Salford
Her father was Michael O'Rourke (born 1865 county Mayo, Ireland)
She was married to Robert Carter Parry on 05 May 1907 (comes up as April online)
She had one sister called Anne (born 1891)

The trouble is on the census info. I have for her she is living with "Mary A Wilson", a widow. Her father is on the census as a widower and I've been unable to trace a marriage or anything about Michael or Bridget in the 1891 census. I also can;t seem to find a record of her birth.

I'm fairly new to this, can anyone help? I'm ideally looking for the name of her Mother.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help me figure out where to start looking?
