So it looks like Thomas and Ann and she dies between 1833 and 1838

Thomas Garratt born 1833 is the son of Thomas Garratt born 1803, he's the son of Samuel Garratt born 1778.
Unless of course there was more than one Thomas Garratt born or bapt in 1833.

This Thomas, who married Elizabeth Hadlington, was born in 1769
