Kanga Bangas and Sweet Potatoe Mash

Post by MarkCDodd »

Being narcoleptic and diabetic, I am always looking for high protein and low carbohydrate meals.

Kangaroo meat is one of the richest meats in protein and lowest in fat...

Ingredients:

2 or 3 Kangaroo Sausages (Kanga Bangas). Bambie Bangas (venison) are also quite good.

A sweet potatoe and a large "normal" potatoe.

About 50 grams of real butter, not the low fat rubbish....

Cracked black pepper

Gravy (Gravox will do)

Some nice Port (not Vintage).

Method:

Boil then mash the potatoes with the butter.

Make your gravy (thick is good) and add cracked pepper and port to your liking.

Place sausages on top of mash.

Pour gravy on top or to the sides.

Enjoy and forget about Skippy or Bambie whilst eating!
Black Holes happen when God divides by zero.
