Yesterday was the best day. Collingwood losing a Grand Final is a special event enjoyed by 99.9% of the population :P

Next weekend is almost the best weekend of the year as Bathurst 1000 is on. At least 20 hours of watching the V8 cars go vroom!

The weekend after is an important religious one as I go to my house on Phillip Island for five days and make the daily pilgrimage by bicycle to the Grand Prix track.

There I will watch the Gods race their two wheel chariots around the best circuit in the world at over 200MPH.

I will partake of much amber fluid whilst hardening my arteries on copious amounts of junk food.

If the stars align correctly the Aussie God, Casey Stoner, will win the championship on Sunday.

Much cheering and more partaking of amber fluid will follow amongst the 100,000 fans.

Late into the night I will try and find my bicycle and pedal the few kilometers home without getting run over. Probably walk home and try to find the bicycle the next day though....

Yep. She will go shopping and buy some outfit then come home and put it on and then stand in front of the telly and ask if her bum looks big in it.

She will interpret the hubbies Alpha Male grunt anyway she wishes, depending on her mood.

If the hubby is unlucky he will end up watching the end of the race or football match on one of those little tellies in the hospital.

Even months later, if you ask them to come over and watch some sport with you they will curl into a ball and start asking for their mummy.

I have seen it countless times.
