If its this one it connects to me, Thomas died in 1847. Joseph is mentioned in Thomas's will, on BCC.

1841. New St, Rowley Regis. Staffs.
Thomas Shakespeare 30. Coal miner.
Hannah Shakespeare 30.
Joseph Shakespeare 13.
John Shakespeare 11.
Isachar Shakespeare 7.
Hannah Shakespeare 3.
Mary Shakespeare 6 MO.

Only Mary born in county.
