Have started to add what I know of William Smithyman and Elizabeth Bennett to BCC

I'm blowed if I can find them in 1871.
They are in Glasgow by Oct 1872.
Daughter Alice is elusive too. She witnessed brother's wedding in 1888 in Glasgow, married Robert Baillie in Glasgow in 1894 as Elizabeth Alice and registered her mother's death in 1895, but I can find no other trace of her.
Another pair of eyes might help here!

Yes grangers I think this is Eliza. She got married in Lower Gornall in 1880 and was back in Lanarkshire by 1884.
