First All Night with Grand Babe?

First night as an all night sleep over with Grand babe.

How nervous were you? Is it safe to go to bed?
Need to because have people doing our drive in the morning too!
Off to bed with the monitor...

Oh have husband doing the last bit of Hadrians wall tomorrow and is suffering quite a lot and is due home tomorrow evening too, if not earlier :crazy:

After 4 grandchildren you become blasé Jo, is baby in your room, best if she sleeps where you can see and hear her, good luck, mine were all good sleepers so I found it all went like a dream, to coin a phrase, let us know how you got on from Lin.

I've been banned from checking on our grandson.It seems i i wake him up when putting my ear close to his mouth and my hand on his chest to check he's still breathing! :o

Horrible little chuck and poop machines!

Much more interesting when they get a bit older, and toilet trained!!

My 9 year old granddaughter broke her arm in 2 places while staying with me last week. Fell off a scooter. OMG, I feel soooooo guilty, even though it was an accident. I think it's because it happened on my "watch"! :(

Yep I did sleep and she slept all night till 6 this morning :grin:

Oh Margaret your poor grand daughter! :shock: My youngest fell off her scooter and had a nasty fractured leg!
Accidents happen...I think I would probably feel guilty but you shouldnt really.

The pink and sparkly plaster cast has gone down nicely, and after a follow-up visit to the hospital today, she is OK, and the bones are in the right place. It wasn't her scooter, it was a neighbours daughters, that she was playing with, so we all feel responsible!!!

At that age they mend fast, and in years to come it may not be obvious looking at x-rays - they mend that well.
