Im not sure on Richard here? I have added him and included a note, I cant find a birth around that time and hes not with them, and I cant see him else where in 1901, nor a death of a Richard that age. I also checked for abt birth of 1884, as 7 in census. Ages have been transcribed wrong on that census.
I wonder if he should be 11?

Someone on Ancestry as added a postem on the 1891 census that Richard Hart was born 1880, but I can't see him, was he missed of the census.

Found him now, no age indexed on Ancestry.

I have left Richard born abt 1890 and with the note I had already put on BCC.
Changed the marriage for Richard sr it cant be looked up to Mary Ann Cartwright. I dont think we can go further with her without the marriage...
