If this Joseph Billingham is the one who was married to Kitty then I would expect Louisa to be mentioned in his will. Could someone check on Ancestry? He died 1876.

What bothers me is that Joseph gives his birth as Woodside/Dudley, as does Susannah (her name and age vary a lot mind!). On the other hand Benjamin's place of birth is Kingswinford/Staffordshire.

Benjamin seems to have been born Kingswinford, then the family perhaps moved and Susannah and Joseph may have been born Dudly/Woodside

They are believed to be siblings because in 1881 Benjamin's widow Louisa (remarried and widowed) claims Susannah as her sister in law.

It looks like Susannah is sister to Joseph, but I can't see a Benjamin with same parents, but I don't know who Ellen is.

Joseph's birth in the census is pretty consistent at 1811ish so I find that baptism doubtful. I know that the Susannah one is tempting but I'm not convinced.
