Can't see a marriage or a likely baptism.
But... There were Cadmans ('Cadmon') in Old Swinford and later Kingswinford who used the name Francis, which, I note, this family also use.

That family had ( from IGI - extracted):
Francis bapt 14 Aug 1825
Job bapt 10 Nov 1833
James bapt 2 Jan 1831
All St Thomas, Dudley.

So that age for James on BCC looks wrong

Just realised baptism for that James is on BCC - have added Francis and Job.

Have now added the other Francis Cadmans I mentioned to BCC. There are lots of other children which I will have to add at some point, but it gives you an idea of dates.

It is now decades since I looked at these, but I seem to remember other Francis Cadmans in Wolverhampton area around same time which I could not find a connection with.

james has a brother called francis but dont think its the one nl highlighted
