not kim this isnt the GRO ref number its the dudley register office on sometimes they can be quicker nl will tell you if they do a online service ?

I think you need maybe Richards Birth Certif
there was only one in KIngswinford.
So I would order this one and yes you can order online from Dudley
and yes it should have both parents names on..............we hope!

Richards would be good because it should show us that mother is not Elizabeth Franks who should be dead by 1887
so it should give us the new Elizabeths name.

See we have that Richard here in 1891 at a house in Cottage street just like
his family were living at in 1881 so must be same family
Henry is there too
but that Elizabeth is a different mother................we hope!
we know there is a death in 1887

I would order Richards certif in 1889 that will give us the new Elizabeth and maybe we can then find a marriage.
