The maximum penalty the commisioner can apply under unfair dismissal is six months pay.

I am giving then the chance to save the cost of subpoena's and avoid the publicity.

One thing they do not need right now is bad publicity.

Of course they are all bluff saying they have a good case.

The fact is, even if they can prove the dismissal was reasonable, the way they have handled it is not "fair" in my opinion.

I think I have got them on both accounts. The dismissal was not reasonable and the they did not follow procedures correctly.

This whole thing is fairly subjective and it cn depend entirely on how the Commisioner interprets the evidence.

If I win there is a chance the Commmisioner might recommend I pursue anti-discrimination intead.

What I really want is a job as Quality Control Manager at Guinness.

Or perhaps write computer game reviews.

Or a full time Genealogist. Trouble is everybody thinks you just need to type a few words into Ancestry and your tree magically appears.
