Hannah Garrot bapt 22 May 1796 Halesowen
Parents Thomas Garrot & Elizabeth

There's a burial in the Halesowen PR
12 Aug 1796 Hannah Garrott

I wonder if Thomas's first wife was an Elizabeth as well and died about this time - don't see
a burial for an Elizabeth Garrett in the Halesowen PR tho..

Think this is Parthenia Garratt (a popular name with the Garratts) who is said on submitted IGI entries to have married William Addleton/Adlington/Hadleton 30 Oct 1820 at Kingswinford:

George Hadleton 13 Nailer.
Eliza Hadleton 11

Elizabeth Hadleton 6
Moses Hadleton 4

Next Door:
John Hadleton 80 Nailer
Elizabeth Hadleton 79

1851 Salt Wells Quarry Bank/
William Hadleton 55 Coal Miner b. Kingswinford
Parthenia Hadleton 52 b. Kings.
Ann Hadleton dau. 20
Eliza Hadleton dau. 16 Empl. at home
Moses Hadleton son 13 Coal Miner
Maria Hadleton dau. 6
Samuel Shepherd lodger 40 Stock taker @ Ironworks
All born Kingswinford

CENSUS 1861

Parthenia (sic) Adlington Head W 67 b. Staffordshire, Kingswinford
Moses Son 23 Unm Puddler of Iron b. Staffordshire, Kingswinford

But at the least, she is surely a daughter of Julius and Sally Higgins. So I'll add her on BCC.

While we're on this family could this Ann be the daughter of Thomas & Ann:

ANN GARRETT
Marriage:
Spouse: THOMAS HAMPTON
Marriage: 01 JUN 1834 Saint Thomas, Dudley, Worcester, England
