I have a large collection of CDs and her first one was listened to once.
Her voice is just not the quality that makes you want to listen to her more than once.
The record was over produced and her vocals lacking any redeeming quality.
There are far better singers I can devote time to.
Its a bit like Charlotte Church.
Her record sales are a product of the spin doctors, not artistic quality.

That is so typical of you.
She has got talent and to be honest it's the image not the voice that puts me of.
If her voice could be combined with say hmmm let me think Shakira's body ,she would be a star all over the world!1
Does ithat speak volumes for my shallowness?
Yes Rob - think it does - but I do agree. Prpbably Wagna (is this how you spell it) would be a hit if he didn't look so pervy. Still, he'll probably be a hit anyway - remember Tiny Tim ?
No it's spelt probably!!
I agree with Marky when he says that her voice is not earth shattering.Barbra Streisand or Shirley Bassey vocally she is not.
So who buys her albums and what is Susan Boyle's image?
I may be shallow but i still say it's 80% image or gimmick.Tiny Tim,Wagner(is he from Pensnett?)
I can hold a tune Billy Fury eat your heart out but unfortunately i'm not good looking or attractive to women.

Other than Jo, did anyone else watch the interview?
