The Keukenhof is so beautiful. I was there on a perfect sunny May day. The tulips were at their peak and just glowed.

The more I look at pictures of Shropshire the more I have this urge to visit and wander around without a map just to see what is over the next hill or around the next corner.

The U.K is so full of history and beautifull countryside that even my Aussie teenage daughters want to do the same.

"Where is that then A5
And what is there?"

Off Dartmouth park in West Bromwich.
there is the farm and loads of good walks through the
valley, it's right by M5 but you soon forget it's there.

Do they still have the football pitches up Dartmouth Park A5??
Or was that apart? It was wasn't it? King George playing fields?

Rob it was King George playing fields,
footy pitches all gone now, council made it into
an area for holding shows etc.

Another great scheme from our inept council.

We had some good matches on there against West Bromwich Labour Club. They had some good players. Bobby Shinton who went on to play pro football was in their team in the 60's.

That brings back memories - my grandparents lived on Dagger Lane, and when we visited my Grandfather would take us to Sandwell Valley and Dartmouth Park. That's going back about 30 years - blimey talk about feeling old!
