Think I have found Ann Rollinson in 1841
On her daughter's Louisa's marriage in Scotland in 1874 her parents are Abel Yates and Hannah Rolleston
ROLASTON, Elizh F 55 1786
ROLASTON, Hannah F 25 1816
ROLASTON, Eli M 23 1818
ROLASTON, Willm M 17 1824
all born in county
Temple Street, Wolverhampton, Bilston County:
Staffordshire
Pity there's no Samuel to back it up!

Have tried to contact others on Genes Reunited with Abraham and Ann on their trees. Fingers crossed!

Yates's family recorded at
Gates!!! Also 2 doors down a family of
Bates who are also Yates! Abraham's unmarried sister Hannah and a squad of illegitimate children. No wonder I couldn't find them under Yates!

Although the 1861 census states she is unmarried, it turns out Hannah was the widow of William Bates who had died in 1860.
She married Irishman Martin Burke in 1863 and the Bates children are recorded as Burke in 1871 census.

1842 YATES Abraham ROLINSON Ann West Bromwich, All Saints Sandwell Register Office 22/2/187
I did get the certificate and it turned out her father was John Rolinson, coal miner, confirming that she was the sister and not the cousin of my 2G grandfather.
I have written a blogpost about them here
