Such as this one.
Births Dec 1895.
Parsons Mary, Stourbridge. 6c. 144.
Yes agreed will change that Mark to Mary
but where is that 1913 one from?
cant see a birth with mother jeffs
I am getting really confused now

A couple of problems solved from my Angel Parsons records:-
1) The question of who was Tidal Parsons shown as son and then Grandson of Joseph and Hannah:-
Notes for JOSEPH PARSONS:
1861 Census living at Parsons Yard, Cradley, Worcestershire, stated as being born in Rowley Regis, living with his Wife, and three daughters.
1871 Census living at Parsons Yard, Cradley, Worcestershire, with his Wife and eight children.
1881 Census living at 3, Anvil Yard, Cradley, Worcestershire, with his Wife and seven children
1891 Census living at Anvil Yard, Cradley, Worcestershire, with his Wife Hannah, and two sons James T., and Tidal, with daughter Olivia Slater living with them as well.
1901 Census living at Anvil Yard, Cradley, Worcestershire, with his Wife and two sons. The second son is Tidal, who is actually the illegitimate son of Sarah Parsons daughter of the above, so they are his grandparents
2) It would appear second Mark Parsons does not exist as it would appear Boswell and Angel Parsons have recorded a second Mark reference his Late Baptism in 1895
210. JOHN12 PARSONS (JOSEPH11, TIDAL10, TIDAL LITTLEY9, TIDAL LITTLEY ALIAS8, BENJAMIN LITTLEY ALIAS7, HENRY LITLEY ALIAS6, WILLIAM LITLEY ALIAS5, THOMAS LITLEY ALIAS4, WILLIAM LITLEY ALIAS3, WILLIAM LYTLEY ALIAS2, WILLIAM LYTLEY ALIAS1) was born 1862 in Anvil Yard, Cradley, Worcestershire, England, and died 1929 in Butchers Lane, Cradley, Worcestershire, England. He married ELIZA ANN JEFFS 25 Apr 1886 in St.Peter, Cradley, Worcestershire, England. She was born 1865.
Notes for JOHN PARSONS:
1891 Census living at (Arthur Lane), Cradley, Worcestershire, with his Wife Eliza and two sons.
1901 Census living at Church St, Cradley, Worcestershire, with his Wife and six children.

Baptism: 27 Aug 1862, St.Peter, Cradley, Worcestershire, England

Must confess my first look at the replies sent my head in a complete whirl.
However unless I am either blind or stupid the one thing I didn't see until I looked back at the BCC was this
Mumbles
death info Jan-Deaths Sep 1908 Parsons James Tidal 36 Stourbridge 6c 54 This definitely ruling out that James Tidal being the father of my wife's step father William Parsons. Bill was born 10 March 1910.
Following all this most helpful information I think I can now amend my James Tidal's parents to be John Parsons and Elisa Ann Jeffs.
I would also mention that according to my wife, her stepfather William also had a much younger brother named Mark, though he doesn't appear at all as it could have been well after the 1911 census.
You will apreciate that none of the Parsons in question are actually related to my wife, as William was, I repeat, her STEP FATHER. However as there was obviously some controversy with the marriages I thought it worth bringing to someone's attention.
Thank you all for your most valuable help.

Thanks to you Jackienock for bringing this to our attention
we like the tree to be as accurate as it can be and that is our goal!
Unless anyone wishes to run with the parsons anymore
I will flag to archive
