I think this Peter and George are the ones on the 1841 census. Perhaps "Eliza" is Elizabeth? John's sister looking after the kids because Sarah has died? Anyhow, Eliza and previous children seem to belong together as the offspring of John and Sarah snr.

I can't see Emma in the 1841 census, not with father John a shoemaker at least.
Emma and Thomas don't seem to have had any children so I suggest we draw a line under this one
