I will start adding it either tonight or tomorrow - I think we have to rely on the occurrence of the name Issachar (and other names) as there is no other evidence: will add a note!

EDIT:
I know who Mary Higgs was - she was b1783 Brierley Hill.
She had a brother, and at least one cousin, named Issachar so that explains where the name came from.
This is the same family as the solicitors in Brierley Hill.
