1881 High St Grocers Shop Kingswinford
James Cutler age 41 Born Brockmoor Forge staffordshire (Journeyman Butcher)
Matilia Cutler age 45 wife Born Wordsley--this should say Phebe /Janetta not Matilda!
Eli Billingham age 70 Lodger (Invalid )
Frederick Cutler age 17 Lodger son (Son, Bucket MakerRowley Regis)
Joseph Cutler age 16 Lodger son (son, Unemployed, Rowley Regis)
Edith Cutler age 8 Lodger Daughter (daur, Rowley Regis)

Ok re marriages
1865 st thomas dudley James Cutler to Eliza masters father is a Thomas Cutler
here on bcc...

wit is Elizabeth Walkerdine
so I think that looks ok then for Harriet Billingham marrying James Cutler in 1861
she dies in 1868
he remarries Phoebe Janetta Billingham
not sure what r'ship betw Billinghams is dont care!
