I think this is James from the Holy Cross Baptist Register Clent:-
James son of Thomas Wassell and Sarah his wife born Clent in the Parish of Clent 17.2.1826 Registered by Thos Brindley.
Sarah Da of Thomas Wassell and Sarah his wife born Clent in the Parish of Clent 22.6.1824 Registered by Thos Brindley.
Please note that Sarah was a Witness at James's Marriage.
Two possible Marriages for Thomas Wassell:-
1) Sarah Tipton 2.4.1823 Old Swinford
2) Sarah Clift 25.6.1820 Halesowen
Maybe same Thomas? Married twice?
Can anyone see if Thomas and Sarah are on the 1841 Census please?
Cheers from Linell.
