I have these notes, Edward was witness to brother William's Marriage to Eliza Adams:-

In 1851 William is staying with his Shilvock Grandparents in Islington Halesowen. Witnesses to the Marriage of Wm and Eliza were Edward Hackett, must be Wm's brother and Eliza Brettell.
