Its Priscilla I am After. She was born 1856 Shobdon Hereford and I cant find her in 1891 census, I'm not sure which of these fellows she married. I've searched for both of them and her with both surnames and if there are any deaths for either of them in case she remarried

I think emigration/immigration records are kept, when I've looked at available packages from the various sites some include such stuff. Someone here might be able to help you out.

The only Priscilla Cade in Birmingham in 1891 has parents Joseph and Caroline, born about 1888.
