I have done a marriage look up on a Thomas parkes who married a Nancy Willetts

I wonder if we can find this Thomas Parkes born abt 1826 prob Rowley Regis area prob living at Bell End
with a father Joseph prior to his marriage in 1853.

I want to see if it could be this Joseph here....

Have put Phoebe as Thomas's mum. Are we satisfied that her maiden name was Adams?

The transcription is incomplete, Jimmy. The actual image shows the entry below. The head of the family is recorded as 'Samuel' and is on the end of the previous page. Is this Thomas incorrectly recorded or has Thomas died and Phoebe married a Samuel Parkes?

1881 - 9 Bell End
Samuel Parkes Head Mar 53 Nailer b. Rowley Regis
Nancy Parkes Wife Mar 53 Nail Maker b. Rowley Regis
Mary Ann Parkes Daur Unm 25 Nail Maker b. Rowley Regis
Eliza Parkes Daur Unm 16 Nail Maker b. Rowley Regis
Joseph Parkes Son Mar 29 Stone Squarer b. Rowley Regis
Hariet Parkes Daur-in-law Mar 26 Nail Maker b. Rowley Regis
Phoebe Parkes Daur Unmar 4 b. Rowley Regis
Thomas Parkes Son 2 b. Rowley Regis
Mary Daur 11 mo b. Rowley Regis

Next door are Joseph & Hannah Brookes

Its possible that it was mistranscibed, I can't see a marriage for Samuel Parkes and Nancy.
