If one of the others had his back to the grizzly, would you yell for him to run straight away or get a bit of a head start before letting him know?

Since a grizzly can run at about 40KMH, you aren't going to get away from a determined one on a Golf Course. They can do a 100 meter dash from a standing start in less than 6 seconds!

So I reckon the best bet is get a head start and, just to appease your conscious, yell out after a few seconds.

Good thing is, if the bear drags one of the others away into the bush for lunch you could probably continue your round without ineterruption. :P

Had that one happen when doing a wheelie on my Dragster bicycle.

Longest wheelie I ever did. Suppose I had incentive.....

Got a chipped tooth and really grose scabs to show the girls at school.

I still reckong my brother undid the nuts.
