right posted a querry in a forum i get on, lots of teckies ask them to sort out a clean software that covers you ip address see what they come back with

mark you not know any ? i use to use hotshield but dont know how good it is now ?

got a reply

Hot spot Shield is pretty decent, as is Peerguardian - but Peerguardian tends to be updated more because most of the streaming sites are now wise to forcing an IP address.

http://www.how-to-hide-ip.info/2009/03/ ... ot-shield/

has some very good information on and a couple of good links to follow, that ALSO have a couple of good links... it's more a case of learning what it is about, then finding by trial and error which method works for whichever part of the world they are in...

Hope this helps
A person should have an opinion on everything, It becomes tact whether you reveal that opinion or not.

Thanks for the info... will have to speak to my 'technical support'... ie. husband! as this computer stuff is a bit over my head.
Anyone else out there struggling to keep up with the pace of technological change these days.... I have to keep asking for help from passing teenagers!

I know what you mean, I'm okay at using the things, but it's when they start to go wrong I have problems. Luckily I have a husband too!!!
