We have 2 William Wooldridge born 1805 on BCC same address and occupations but different wifes are they the same William?

Looks like the same William to me Grangers14, on the 1841 census on of the children is named John age 9 years, on 1851 census there is a John age 19 years , also all the info for William fits.
