I watched a tv production of a Wallender story, Skulden, on Friday. I can't usually be bothered to watch if I have to read sub-titles because our tv is so tiny! Quite enjoyed it though.

I am up to where that money has gone missing and he has been to the bank and there
was that fire....I am bored with it though .....but I will finish it
been busy with thousands of look ups!

My review was:
It was OK I suppose. Can't say that it really grabbed me and I doubt if I would buy another book by the same author, although I would not mind borrowing another from the library. The police man who is the main character is a drunken slob and I can't see how he gets a seemingly young and successful woman to go off with him to Copenhagen for an overnighter!
After this and the Steig Larsson trilogy I don't think I will be in any hurry to visit Sweden!
Added: though I did enjoy the tv programme of another of these books so now I'm almost hooked on wanting to know more about the characters
