Sorry everyone, I need to pay more attention to the message boards. I could have solved one of the Thomas Brooks early on. I actually was tracking my Elizabeth Tandy and after a lot of brick walls, I wrote and got a copy of an Elizabeth Tandy marriage, hoping she was the right one. The marriage certificate actually lists Thomas as "Thomas Henry Brooks". I wasn't sure on the middle name as all the census up to this marriage, he was listed as Thomas H. Brooks. Compounding the problem is there were two Thomas Brooks with brothers Noah. I still don't understand why she went to Stourbridge to get married in the Presby. Chapel, didn't they have a Presby. church in Cradley? Forgive me I still not familiar with the geographic part yet. Any way I'll try to pay more attention.
