I have this militray record and I was wondering if someone could help me to decipher it please?

Transferred to 10th West Riding Regt
Reason Coompulsary Benefit of Service
Pay Details

Joined Something Field
Entrained for Something Italy
Admitted Hosptial
Something
Something
Something Uniform & Blue? Something
Granted Leave to Uk
from date to date


Can anyone help me fill in my somethings please?
