Found this Deed - Do you guys think this could be William b 1736 in Kingswinford

Ref No: DSCAM/2/3/14/13
Date: 26 May 1774
Description: Between Mary Dunn of the parish of Rowley Regis, Staffs., widow (of William Dunn of the same, blacksmith, deceased), Anthony Willetts of the same parish, butcher and Mary his wife (a daughter and coheir of William Dunn), and Thomas Beet of Atterton, Leicestershire, yeoman and Sarah his wife (the other daughter and coheir), of a messuage and 5 closes of land at Totnall Moor, parish of Rowley (to Willetts), land in the parish called Merryhurst Lake, and a copyhold dwellinghouse and lands near Merryhurst Lane (to Beet); subject to life interest of Mary Dunn; Willets to pay Beet 160 after death of Mary Dunn to equalise shares.

Just to flag if we add the info on will it needs to be credited to the source
eg
copyright Dudley archives or whichever archives then the link where from eg Black country History site if from there.
or mention its existence the will... and where from and then put a link on tothat actual website

takes a lot less space and then you get
the benefit of more info on particular website when you visit it

I have amended the bapt for this Wm Dunn who marries Mary unknown
as he seems too young to be having kids in 1743 if bapt 1731

have added a note
and just tweaked the partition info
and added a hyperlink

so now moving to completed
