Found this Deed - Do you guys think this could be William b 1736 in Kingswinford

Description: Between Mary Dunn of the parish of Rowley Regis, Staffs., widow (of William Dunn of the same, blacksmith, deceased), Anthony Willetts of the same parish, butcher and Mary his wife (a daughter and coheir of William Dunn), and Thomas Beet of Atterton, Leicestershire, yeoman and Sarah his wife (the other daughter and coheir), of a messuage and 5 closes of land at Totnall Moor, parish of Rowley (to Willetts), land in the parish called Merryhurst Lake, and a copyhold dwellinghouse and lands near Merryhurst Lane (to Beet); subject to life interest of Mary Dunn; Willets to pay Beet 160 after death of Mary Dunn to equalise shares.
I suspect this is William

I have amended the bapt for this Wm Dunn who marries Mary unknown
as he seems too young to be having kids in 1743 if bapt 1731
have added a note
and just tweaked the partition info
and added a hyperlink
