I have information from a correspondent (no sources available) which says that Charles' parents are Joseph Tromans and Phoebe Unknown; that Charles was born 8 Mar 1818 at Rowley Regis, and christened 26 Oct 1823 at Park Lane Presbyterian, Cradley; that Charles Tromans married Ruth Tibbetts on 5 Mar 1838 at St. Thomas, Dudley.
