I love thunderstorms in the summer - I like going outside and getting absolutely drenched!
As long as I've got somewhere to dry off afterwards (and preferably a set of dry clothes)

It was -13 here this morning, the real feel -17.
1 this afternoon it got up to -9
York Hilton may be missing 2 guests tomorrow night if things dont get any better round here.
No trains running and I really dont fancy going by car!

It's just snowed about 5cm in an hour. Walked into town, on the way back I couldn't see the footprints I'd made an hour before!
The sun's come out now, and it's about freezing, so I'm hoping some of the snow will melt (and soak away before it refreezes tonight).
I do like the way everything goes quiet after it's snowed though!

And all the blurry and tilted photos that we had to pay for ... Now I can just ditch them and take some more. Love new technology and gadgets! I would love to see some more snow or freezing fog pics though (looking very wistful and pleading now, NL.)
Some mistakes are too much fun to only make once.

We are about to get sept away with more floods Dianel!!! Le Nina is going to dump a months worht of rain in a few hours this afternoon. Lucky I live at the top of a big hill and can wave to those below as they float past.
