Peter,

I don't know if you have already received my reply but the computer in Dudley Library crashed just as I was sending it so my apologies if you have.

I think that I may have confused you, the information that is incorrect is in this forum in the message from Dennis Wood not on bcc.

I do have some of the baptisms:

Frederick Loach was born in 1893 and baptised on 15.03.1893 at Holy Trinity Church, Wordsley. His parents are listed as Frederick, a green grocer, and Elizabeth Loach of Wordsley.

Alice Loach was born in 1894 and baptised at Holy Trinity Church, Wordsley on 12.09.1894. Her parents are listed as Frederick, a green grocer, and Elizabeth Loach of Camp Hill,Wordsley.

Harry Loach was born in 1899 and baptised on 23.08.1899 at Holy Trinity Church, Wordsley. His parents are listed as Frederick, a green grocer and Elizabeth Loach of Buckpool, Wordsley.

John Loach was born on 31.03.1904 and baptised at Bank St Wesleyan Church, Brierley Hill on 21.04.1904. His parents are listed as Frederick and Matilda Loach of 1 Moor Lane, Brierley Hill.

Alice Loach was born in 1909 and baptised at Holy Trinity Church, Wordsley on 08.08.1909.

Frank Loach was born in 1915 and baptised at Holy Trinity Church, Wordsley on 12.05.1915, his parents are listed as Fred (a greengrocer and publican) and Matilda of Barnett St,Wordsley.

Most of this information has been checked with the "Old" Loach's that are still alive.

I have this particular line of Loach's back to the late 1700's if you want it.

I also noticed on bcc that my line of the Murphy family is on there (Alfred Murphy) and I have a file on them too.

Regards

Bob Loach
