I ordered a marriage certificate in 2006 and got the English pounds from Thomas Cook money exchange here in Adelaide and sent the cash to Durham in an envelope. Since this is my Grandfather I would be very happy to pay and can send you the cash in the same manner. Let me know how much it is and maybe you can email me a scanned copy of it.
