Emma Rose - born 1846 in Oldbury

I've been adding some of my ancestors to the family of Aaron Rose, 1807 here - http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/tr ... =898646645
I'm connected through Emma, the daughter of Aaron and Sarah. I was adding the details to my own work and looked up the marriage of Sarah and Aaron, for Aaron's second marriage and I saw Sarah's father's name as William Hurley, not Hadley (I have it on my list to recheck at Sandwell). I then found a baptism for Sarah Hurley to William and Sarah Hurley - 28 Jan 1810 at Oldbury (will check this).

Witnesses at the marriage of Emma Rose to Enoch Homer are Aaron Rose and Rebecca Golding - I think this is Aaron listed below. They marry in 1872 at St Thomas (I have this on my list to check)

The only real puzzle I have here is the only place I can find Emma in 1861 is :

This is the family of George Rose and Hannah, but Emma isn't listed as one of their children - and there is only one Emma recorded on WMBMD as being born around this time. So I think she isn't their daughter and went to live with the family after the death of her parents.

Any thoughts - should I add her with this family on this census ?

Sorry - should have said, I have all the other census's, I just wondered if the Emma on this census is the daughter or maybe the neice of George and Hannah. There's only one Emma Rose born in Oldbury at this time and she is the daughter of Aaron and Hannah - also, George and Hannah are on the Black Country Tree, but Emma isn't listed as one of their children. Emmas parents were both deceased before 1861 and I think Emma went to live with George and Hannah (they all lived on the same road. So I was wondering if it's safe to list her on this census as living with the family as a daughter.
