"Mine" is now 10 days overdue at the library so I hope the bad person has to pay a huge fine

Re: NOV Read-Book Snoopers--Henning Mankell and Faceless Kil
Our library is so nice that it sends me a text a couple of days before I have to return the book - so I have time to renew (if no-one else has ordered it) or return .... brilliant idea. Must cost them loads in lost fines though!!!

What kind library staff you have SnoopySu, my book is still on order but they did not say how long it would be before my turn.

Don't know about the staff Annie, don't have a need to talk to them very often

Do they come and get the books too when you're finished Auntie Em?

Don't know about the staff Annie, don't have a need to talk to them very often- everyhing is automatic, even checking the books in and out!!! We can order almost any book that a Danish library has, then they send me a text message when I can pick it up from the library together with a number so I can find it on the shelf!

Oh yes - it's because I'm over 60 and just in case I happen to be disabled. They don't have much of a selection though so I also use one or two local libraries, although they will get something if you order it. They come every two weeks, and hammer the door - I think they think I must be hard of hearing as well.

Well got my copy yesterday , trailed to Huddersfield for it and thought it looked a bit gruby but brought it just the same, my broadband went off yesterday so thought right settle down and have a good read
, when I opened it the terrible smell nearly knocked me over
tried with a few pages but the smell just put me off , so book in garage now waiting to go back .

Yes taking it back tomorrow and suggesting they destroy it.
I was lost yesterday no broadband and no book to read.
