If you use your search engine looking for that link
when it comes up theres "cached" link
If you click that you can see the normal page with the links to click
If you click them nothing opens up.
Does that make more sense?

I had an email back from the nice people at Wolverhampton archives and they said this....
"The missing files are currently being reformatted so that additional files of indexes can be added to the site.
The original files should be back soon, along with some new ones, so apologies for any inconvenience this is currently causing but
hopefully the wait will be worth while."
