My youngest is now a student leader at school and they had a competion about how to deal with situations and what they thought would be good to implement in school for pupils.
Anyway her group of 4 won, a local company picked the winners and had a prize.
It was for Cathorne Hall, a meal this evening for the 4 student leaders and a couple of teachers.
Its a really lovely place...
We have laughed so much, tears were running down our faces when she got back
Her meal she had, what she thought a square of tuna with a tiny bit of beetroot on it ( I think it may have been Salmon?) Then soup, Tomatoe, she said, but she only had almost a spoonful, fish and chips with mushy peas. Thought they had played with her food, fish like fish fingers, chips(9 of them) looked like Jenga, some sort of green sauce ...thought her peas would soon come.
Sticky toffee pudding a tiny square of it.The place has 2 eating places and I thought as they are just 15 the would have gone to the Drawing Room for a meal...
I had shown her what the menu was like and about A la Carte, she said if its A la Carte will you do me a pizza when I get home!
My kids are big eaters and love food...dont think it will be on her thoughts for her next meal out!
