LIFE WITH A ZIMMER FRAME!

Post by Teifi »

As some of you may remember a couple of months or so ago I was quite concerned to learn I needed a hip operation. So at the beginning of August there I was under the knife and consequently have been away from the boards ever since.

It's true what they say - where did the pain go?????

But ............. I have had a set back wiv me legs - they don't do what I tell 'em. My adventure with crutches ended abruptly, so it's back to life in the slow lane with a zimmer. However my walking seems to have improved today so am hopeful I'm on the mend.

Have enjoyed catching up with all the postings - gosh you lot have been busy whilst i've been away.

Glad to hear the pain is gone even if getting moving has been slower than you hoped.

Glad to have you back too.

Good to hear you're on the mend, and can feel the benefits!

And as far as the zimmer frame goes, if that's what's needed, don't knock it. You're not the first and you wont be the last

Don't you just hate it when your carefully crafted typing disappears!!

As I was saying - thank you for all your good wishes.

MALLOSA - the wedding was fabulous, an absolute dream. In fact during the past few weeks I kept looking back and reliving the moment. It was a civil ceremony which took place at Bath Priory Hotel (Bath) - the hotel and it's grounds were wonderful and the whole day went off like clockwork.

The photographer has now uploaded all the photographs, so in the unlikely event of me 'feeling down' ...........!!

I have never seen my son look so happy and we now have a very beautiful daughter in law.
