The Nazi's did round up and kill Freemasons.

There is a universal signal for distress that all Freemasons must recognise and act upon.

After the war some seemingly "reasonable" Germans were thrown out of "The Craft".

These people were not guilty of any atrocities or war crimes but were kicked out of lodges as surviving Masons made it known they had ignored the distress signal.
