Really hard for me BC Wench I am not eating cake, biscuits,Sweets or Chocolate :( I have a right sweet tooth and that's my problem and where all the weight came from, I'm not having potatoes but I never eat those much .

I have to try and eat sweet things within moderation once I reach the weight I want to be, so have now 6 Lbs to lose.

I'm a choc a holic - I stick mainly to dark chocolate, it's too rich to eat lots of, and it's supposed to be better for you than milk or white chocolate. Some people think it's too bitter, but there are many different types with wildy different flavours. And anyway as a very clever man once told me "chocolate is really a vegetable disguised as a sweet" - that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!!

I don't think they mean 5 of the same variety  Otherwise the 5 grapes I ate earlier would put me on the right track
