Memorial inscription says..

John Henley of Kates Hill died Sep 3rd 1886 aged 73 yrs (born abt 1813?)
also Elizabeth, widow of above (unable to read the rest)

Could this be them...

1851: Kates Hill, Dudley

Elizabeth Henley 42 Wife M Harborne, Staffs

1861: Cromwell Street, Dudley, Worc
John Henley 48 M Stocktaker
Elizabeth Henley 52

John Henley 58 Grocer & Stocktaker in Ironworks

If I have the correct John, he doesn't die until 1886
