Right Doug I had a packet of Cherry Vine Tomatoes so planted them there were only 10 seeds but they have grown very well except if they are tomatoes I'll eat my sun hat. :o :?

The leaves do not look one bit like they normally do and they had pink flowers not yellow and now have hundreds of little things on that look like chilly's and I don't like chilly's so they will be going in the garden waste bag. :cry:

Sounds just like the Cougettes I gave my sister in law which are now growing runner beans!

I love your garden Grangers14 , so well planned and a lot of TLC gone into , it's very interesting also because there are so many lovely things to look at. Well done it's a credit to who ever looks after it. :-)

As some of you will no doubt have read, I live in an apartment and so I'm not fortunate enough to have any where I can grow fruit/veg.

But, I do want to grow my own herbs, and I was wondering if anyone had any advice. I'm open to all suggestions, within reason. I'll draw the line at moving into a house with a garden :p

Thanks Annie :) We all work at it really. Just like to be outside but I dont if its wet or cold! :lol:

Good idea Peter! Have you seen them upside down thingys? Tomatoes I think they are meant for?

You could grow things on a window sill or planters that hang outside of the window?

I have chillis inside in little pots, first time I have done it. No chillies yet but some flowers.
I do plant shop bought herbs in little pots on the windows, but dont last that long, from use not that they die.

I might try using little pots to try and grow something. Hopefully it'll work and I'll be doing my bit for the environment at the same time :D

Jimmy: That things looks awful. I think if I found that in my garden it would meet a swift end courtesy of my spade.
