Went to this marvellous place Stokesay Castle today
and in the St Johns the Baptist church there
noticed these Dodd graves
just wondered if they link to anyone
Edward Dodd
Who died January 19th 1852
Aged 29 years
and the grave next to him
John Dodd
March 4th 1832
Aged 25 years
Dodds at St John the Baptist Stokesay

Re: Dodds at St John the Baptist Stokesay
Can't find any connection any of my hundreds an hundreds of Shrosphire Dodds.
The only Dodds I can find born Stokesay are all living in the Hopesay area in 1841, 1851 and 1861 census.
Their Edward is still alive in 1861 census...
But it would be a good guess they are related to the ones at St John.
