I have been corresponding with Harry. My husband is the grandson of Sidney Cole and Minnie Dingley.

Sidney's 1st wife died as a result of childbirth leaving him with 2 sons these two sons although married had no surviving children
Sidney's 2nd wife had 3 sons but one of them died at birth. She also died as a result of childbirth. These two sons had 5 children between them
Minnie (3rd wife) also had 2 sons - my father-in-law and his younger brother (both widows still live in the area). These 2 sons had 4 children between them. So Sidney had in all 6 sons
Minnie & Wilfred had 2 daughters and 1 son. Annie and Maggie never married but Frank had 1 son. I believe Wilfred died in 1916 in Halesowen, cause of death I do not know.
In total there were 9 children that Minnie and Sidney raised. After Wilfred died Annie & Maggie went to live in a children's home but Frank stayed with Minnie. When Sidney and Minnie married they were able to get the girls back.

In all there are several great grand children and even great great grandchildren now - some of whom still live in the area.

Sidney's parents were John Thomas Cole and Louise Crumpton
John Thomas was the son of Timothy Cole and Mary ??
Timothy was the son of John Cole & Pheobe Woodhouse
